Welcome to malkoe [design]! We are a general contractor in California, license #895875. We have been designing, managing and constructing residential projects since 1998 and even before as DIYers.
The company was founded by Mark Aller, a native Southern Californian, who has been designing and building construction projects since he was a kid. He and his brother and sisters all helped their father with several remodels of their own homes. With this forced initiation, it was a natural step to becoming a licensed contractor and a schooled designer of landscapes and spaces.
After ten years of learning experiences...we are a collection of smart people and great resources...architects, engineers, designers, craftmen, showrooms and suppliers.
